Within text in text boxes and news items you can add the following
syntax to add a link:
LINK[create your website - take control of your
site]:http://www.createyourwebsite.co.uk
Where the text in [ ] square brackets, is the link that will
show on the page (in this case 'create your website - take control
of your site' but can be anything without a colon or square
brackets) and the url after the : colon is the address that
the link will take you to (in this case http://www.createyourwebsite.co.uk).
This will show thus: create
your website - take control of your site.

Adding a clickable link to a picture
As standard images have the ability to have links. Fill in the
url field underneath the image name and this will become a clickable
link. You can also add in alternative or alt text (which will
show if PC users put their mouse over the image, or if they are
blocking images. It will also show whilst the image is loading
and is useful for web site optimisation as a place to add more
key word phrases).
Be careful to add in the full url - i.e. add in
the http:// before the www., for example http://www.createyourwebsite.co.uk
or the image link will not work. Similarly, if you wish to add
a link to a sub page, such as this one, the full url is needed,
thus: http://www.createyourwebsite.co.uk/helpfiles-topics-links.html.
