Useful page types for a site.
Customer recommendations
Get these wherever possible - this is all part of the
online sales process. When you have dealt with a customer
and they make a complimentary comment about your service,
ask them politely whether they can put it in writing to you.
Alternatively, if they have already made a good comment about
you, which happens surprisingly often if you do a good job,
immediately ask them whether you can use this in your web
site promotion. Where do you put these. It is good to dot
customer comments around the site (provided they are good!)
but having a special page with customer feedback does two
things,
1) it focuses the attention of visitors to the fact
that they are likely to get a good service from you and
2) it allows you to produce another page as you strive
to provide a site of more than a few pages!
