1) Introduction text for the front page - overview
/ description of your company and its services.
2) Contact page - name(s) and positions of
people in your company, address etc. More

3) Response form directly off the web site. Click

4) Services - List of services that you can carry
out and a longer description of these, giving basic information.
5) About your company - company history, size
etc.
6) Any major contracts that you have served.

8) Frequently asked questions - any useful
questions and answers that customers usually come up with
OR that would serve to better explain your services. More

9) More detailed explanation of any of your major
services - giving customers more in-depth information.
10) Case study / studies - Examples of work
carried out, pictures and possibly customer feedback - this
could be linked from your customer recommendation page and
vice versa also.

12) Guarantees - if you have a particular guarantee
- tell people about it!
13) Terms and conditions - although you may not believe
this, we have recently won an order simply by having our terms
and conditions clearly available on the site. Read

15) News - keep up-to-date news items on your particular
field of service or news regarding your company.
16) Privacy statement - details of what happens when
a company or individual deal with you by giving you their
details - i.e. will the information be shared with another
company etc..
17) Site map - help the search engines and
visitors find their way around your site. This is a list of
the pages on the web site with links to the pages.
18) Other information - When constructing text for
sites of my own I usually like to detail the sales process
in order to create text for pages. Imaging that you were explaining
your services to a new customer and simply write the process
/ conversation down, remembering to explain the various aspects
of what you do.
