adding a page. Click here to view

If you are editing an existing page, select a page from the pages
list, by clicking the edit next to the page in the list (on the
right hand side).
When you have edited the page to your liking you will want to save
the changes. Full details of each of the functions are available
on the help desk page.
At it's simplest level, just type, save and republish. Three are
many facilities available for editing the web pages - click
on the tabs and items below and you can find what you need to edit
the pages, with explanations of each. If you really cannot
find what you want, please do not hesitate to call and we will try
to help you.
Saving the page.
On the right hand side of any of the tabs : text formatting, text
alignment, forms (when advanced options are on), tables or miscellaneous
there is a floppy disc icon. Use
this to save a page when you are
happy with the changes.
Now you have saved click the very top tab 'Edit pages' to get back
to the pages list. You will notice that the static file name of
the page you have edited is now showing as red, which indicates
that it is different from the live web page.
In order to update the web page so that it is visible on your web
site to visitors, click on the OK button next to publish, with changed
pages selected. Do not select the square box under publish as this
will tick the box next to any other unpublished pages.
NB A page is live on the web site if the box next to the page name
is ticked (in the publish column).
TIP: If you are unhappy with the page, when editing it,
in order not to commit the changes you have made, simply click the
very top tab 'Edit pages' and okay the error message to get back
to the pages list without having saved the changes.
