Products
To add new products,
click on the shopping tab on the top right hand side. This takes
you to the list of products that you have (if you have any).
On the 'Products list' page, just above the lists
of products, there is a drop down box, labelled 'List of products':

In order to see just those products listed in one category, simply
select the category from the drop down list and only those products
will be listed. For instance, if you have many different types of
jewellery, but just want to select ring, select rings from the drop
down menu and they will be displayed thus:

To edit
an existing product, click on edit
product next to the product you want to edit!
To add a new product click on product list tab and
then add product or simply click on add product at the top tab.
This now gives you a series of boxes to fill in.
If you are adding a new product range, you will need to click on
the category tab that appears on the top right hand side to set
up all the categories you require. This takes you to category
set up and you can see a list of existing categories. Click
here for more on categories.
At the bottom of the product list page, you will find further configuration
options.

These show:
| How many products are listed per category |
Categories list the specified number of products before showing
a new page. |
| How many columns they are listed in |
Product thumbnails and brief descriptions are listed in one,
two or three columns. |
| The price format |
Use this to show the Pound, Dollar sign etc., which will be
used to display the format |
| Default product image |
If you don't add in an image, a default product image can
be placed with the product and thumbnail, so that there is something
showing. You need to produce a 'Product image not available'
image, which is then used in its place. |
| Product page link text |
The thumbnail links through to the main product but there
can also be 'call to action' text which is also clickable to
get to the product. |
| Products feature label |
Another label used to show the ten options for the product,
which you can control from here. |
