Forms Forms allow you to collect responses directly off your web site. Producing a form means you can run surveys and gain feedback or leads directly from your site. Visitors can respond straight from the web page without having to use their e-mail client. Form button.

Creates a button at the current cursor position for submitting or clearing the form

In order to use this, you must have firstly inserted a form (click here for more). See also table editing, to allow you to make form entries neater in columns.

TIP: You need this in order to submit the form - use the submit option! The 'clear' option will clear all current answer the user has typed so far so that they can start again.

Button properties to set / modify: Name: name of the button. Value: what the button says. Type: type of the button (button/reset/submit). A reset button will clear the form, a submit button will submit it. The name of the button will be shown on the form as button text.
