Forms
Forms allow you to collect responses directly off your
web site. Producing a form means you can run surveys and
gain feedback or leads directly from your site.
Visitors can respond straight from the web page without
having to use their e-mail client. Insert a form.

Creates
a form in the current cursor position. This is an advanced
feature. Tick the advanced button to see it.
TIP: You can see where the form is, as its borders show
with a red outline. To add items to a form (i.e. other questions
and multiple choices), use the other buttons in the form tab above.

TIP: Use text to label each question. This is simply done
by typing the question next to the entry. To make this neater,
see also table editing,
to allow you to make form entries in columns, with labels separated
into different columns.
NB: Do not name any other items on the form 'name' as
the form will not work properly.

Name: Give the form a name, select 'Get' in the
Method drop down option and press 'OK'. The defaults on
the form are set to use our form facility, so do not edit
other items unless you specifically know what you are doing
- i.e. you have a special CGI script you have installed.
Method: Set to 'Post'
Other items for the form must be entered where you added
the form.
Action: is automatically set - leave it unless you
have your own form script to use.

click on its borders or select them and then click on the corresponding
button in toolbar.
