Creating a table / Editing an existing table
You will get an option to edit table if you right
button over the table (is always the top table) or on the edge
of an existing table when the cross hairs show.
NB With the Firefox to select a table,
click on border, click into a cell (not on an image) and click
the insert text / image area to get the edit table window, otherwise,
right clicking on a table only brings up editing cells.

common.
Padding
Cell padding around table cells; This is the space around the
cells of a table on the inside of the border and is specified
