Text alignment
Clicking on the 'Text Alignment' tab of the page toolbox
will show - shown below.
By highlighting the text or placing your caret within the
text, you can apply the following alignment options: Add
a horizontal line.

This is useful to rule off a page and give some limited formatting,
particularly where you have few graphics. It can be quite an effective
way of formatting a page and the horizontal line shows across
the page (or table) you put it in. Be careful though as too many
can give an overhead to page loading times.
It will stretch over the available area of window,
within any constraints that you have set, i.e. within a table,
it wont force the table wider than you have set it, so if a table
is 100% width of the page, so will the line be, and if it is 70%
then the line will be so also.
Insert
a horizontal line in the current cursor position.
