Set font size for selected text or text of the current cursor position

TIP: In practice it is better to use text size and headings throughout your pages for text size effects as these will change relative to each other as users configure their browser - A web site user can set the font size to be different on their browser and therefore your site's text will change with these settings.

If you use font point size instead, then it fixes the users font size, no matter what their browser settings. Although fixed font sizes are useful for maintaining a layout, they have a disadvantage where people use large screens or are visually impaired.
