Forms
Forms allow you to collect responses directly off your
web site. Producing a form means you can run surveys and
gain feedback or leads directly from your site.
Visitors can respond straight from the web page without
having to use their e-mail client.

Click on the buttons to see the explanation
of how they work.
TIP: Please note that if you add a text field 'email',
the reply contents of this field will be used as the response
forms 'from' address. The practical upshot of this is that you
will be able to reply to the form and it will automatically insert
the respondent's e-mail address.
TIP: If you add a hidden field into the form
called subject, and add a value to that, this will be used as
the subject of the e-mail you receive from the form when it is
submitted. See hidden
form fields for more explanation of the other special
facilities available.
TIP: You must be on the form tab in order
to edit a form item.
TIP: Make sure your field names do not have
"-" or a space in or that any of the form items are
called 'name' , as this will prevent all fields being validated
i.e. mandatory fields will no longer be mandatory and the site
user will be able to respond without having filled the required
fields in.
